CHOPPER is a robot-fueled tiki bar located in the heart of East Nashville. We use fresh ingredients and the highest quality spirits in our cocktails to transport you to the world of Island X. Founded in 2019, we decided to take what we love about tiki in a new direction. Unwind with a seasonal creation, classic cocktail, or a CHOPPER original. THE STORY OF ISLAND X

While on his solo quest to sail the Pacific Ocean from Los Angeles to Christmas Island, international business magnate Hiram Kneesch of Isle of Printing was blown off course by an unexpected typhoon. He found himself awash from the storm on a remote uncharted island. After the skies cleared, Hiram realized he had stumbled upon an unknown culture, unlike anything seen before. This society seemed to be based around an even older world full of strange and wondrous ancient robot technology.

Realizing this might be an important link between past worlds and the present, he dispatched the research vessel CHOPPER to study this Polynesian jewel. THE MISSION: TO DOCUMENT THIS ROBOT ISLAND, STUDY THE MYSTERIOUS LOCAL CUSTOMS, AND BRING THE FINDINGS BACK TO THE CHOPPER RESEARCH LAB IN NASHVILLE.

What you see here in the lab are full scale recreations of a selection of robot artifacts discovered on Island X. Many of the patterns and devices are still yet to be completely understood. Our research team is currently reassembling these objects to study how these artifacts and traditions fit into the more widely understood modern world.
